WILL I HAVE BATHROOM ACCESS?
Unfortunately, no. Your bathroom will be out of use during the renovation. We understand it’s a key part of the home, so we work as efficiently as possible. If needed, we can also recommend portable bathroom hire options.
WILL I HAVE WATER ELSEWHERE AT HOME?
Yes! You’ll still have full access to water in other areas of your home. We’ll only isolate water in the bathroom while we carry out the renovation work, so everything else will function as normal.
CAN WE WORK WITH A $12K BUDGET?
Possibly, depending on the layout and finishes. Budget bathrooms often keep the original layout and use standard floor and skirting tiles. We’ll walk you through options that suit your budget.
CAN YOU BUILD AN EXTRA BATHROOM?
Yes! We can convert a suitable room into a bathroom or ensuite. We’ll help you plan the best layout and placement for plumbing and ventilation.
CAN YOU WORK IF I'M NOT AT HOME?
Absolutely yes! Our team is fully insured, police-checked, and respectful of your home. We’ll keep everything secure and provide regular updates so you’re always in the loop.
DO YOU WORK IN STRATA UNITS?
Yes, we have extensive experience working with strata-managed properties and will liaise with your strata team to ensure all approvals and communication are handled professionally.
